PARAÑAQUE, 25 JULY 2025 – The Office of Consular Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that it will be open this Saturday, 26 July 2025, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, solely to accommodate applicants with confirmed appointments originally scheduled on 21, 22, 23, 24, or 25 July 2025 who were not able to appear due to the work suspensions brought on by inclement weather.
Only passport and authentication applicants with confirmed appointments originally scheduled at OCA Aseana on these affected dates will be allowed entry. Applicants shall be required to present their appointment packet as proof of eligibility.
RELEASING OF DOCUMENTS
The OCA Consular Service Center, located at 7F, Tower 4, DoubleDragon Meridian Park, Pasay City, will also operate on Saturday, 26 July 2025, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, to release available passports and authenticated documents as follows:

Applicants are advised to bring valid identification and necessary reference documents to ensure a smooth release process.
NO NEED TO REBOOK APPOINTMENTS
There is no need to secure a new appointment for those who were affected by the recent weather disturbance.
Affected applicants who are not able to visit OCA-Aseana on 26 July 2025 are encouraged to follow the new appointment schedule provided to ensure a smooth and orderly processing experience.
Rescheduling guidelines for applicants with confirmed appointments at OCA Aseana on 21 to 25 July 2025 will be rescheduled as follows:
FOR PASSPORT APPLICANTS
Affected passport applicants with appointments in OCA Aseana from 21 to 25 July 2025 are advised to follow the new appointment schedule below (excluding weekends, holidays, and any further work suspensions):
