PARAÑAQUE, 10 OCTOBER 2025 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that its Consular Offices (CO) in Butuan, Davao, General Santos, and Tagum will suspend operations on Friday, 10 October 2025, following the magnitude 7.6 earthquake reported by PHIVOLCS and as recommended by the City Governments of Davao, Butuan, General Santos, and Tagum.

Affected passport applicants will be accommodated within 30 days from their original appointment date.
